1. The service

"d-teacher Social Publisher" (the "App") is an internal publishing tool operated by d-teacher (منصة معلم الرقمية), Saudi Arabia. It sends d-teacher's own content to d-teacher's own social media accounts.

2. Who may use it

Only d-teacher and accounts owned by d-teacher may be connected to the App. Anyone who connects an account confirms that they own it or are authorized to manage it.

3. Content

All content sent through the App is d-teacher's own educational content. It must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and with the rules of every other platform used. On TikTok, content arrives as a draft, and the account owner reviews and publishes it.

4. Third-party platforms

TikTok and X are independent services with their own terms, which apply to all content published on them. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or X.

5. Availability

The App is provided "as is". We may change, suspend, or stop it at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, d-teacher is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the App or from the availability of third-party platforms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. الخدمة

«أداة النشر» (ويُشار إليها بـ«الأداة») أداة نشر داخلية تديرها منصة معلم الرقمية (d-teacher) في المملكة العربية السعودية، وترسل محتوى المنصة إلى حساباتها في الشبكات الاجتماعية.

2. من يحق له الاستخدام

لا يُربط بالأداة إلا حسابات المنصة. ومن يربط حساباً يقر بأنه يملكه أو مخوّل بإدارته.

3. المحتوى

كل ما يُرسل عبر الأداة محتوى تعليمي خاص بالمنصة، ويلتزم بشروط خدمة تيك توك وإرشادات مجتمعه، وبقواعد كل منصة أخرى تُستخدم. وفي تيك توك يصل المحتوى كمسودة، ويراجعه صاحب الحساب وينشره بنفسه.

4. المنصات الأخرى

تيك توك و X خدمتان مستقلتان، ولكل منهما شروطها التي تسري على ما يُنشر فيها. والأداة ليست تابعة لأي منهما، ولا تحظى برعايتهما أو اعتمادهما.

5. التوفر

تُقدَّم الأداة بحالتها، ويحق لنا تعديلها أو إيقافها مؤقتاً أو نهائياً في أي وقت.

6. حدود المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، لا تتحمل المنصة مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام الأداة أو عن توفر المنصات الأخرى.

7. النظام المطبق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
